Godfather Sounds, guarantees satisfaction on our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from this website, you may return your item for any reason within 30 days. Returned items must:
Be in new condition
Include all accessories
Have original packaging
*Regarding apparel- due to the nature of clothing, we will replace any items that have been deemed defective, as opposed to wear and tear, within 30 days of purchase, or issue a refund if requested on brand new returned apparel. If use or damage is determined rather than defect, no refund or exchange will be given.

RETURNING A PRODUCT
Follow these steps to return a product:
Contact Customer Service by email at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMA) and the return address.
Send the product with your RMA Number, along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want to order) or a refund.
Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Failure to do so may result in your package being refused or cause delays in processing your refund.
Be sure to use a package-shipping service such as UPS or the United States Postal Service. Remember to request your tracking number. We recommend insuring your product.
PRODUCT RECEIVED
Once the return is received and verified, we will send a confirmation email and credit the payment method used to make the purchase. Refunds must be issued to the same credit card, debit card or other form of payment used in the original transaction. Please allow several days for the refund to be processed. Shipping charges incurred in connection with the exchange or return of new merchandise are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Godfather Sounds.
Godfather Sounds is not responsible for delays in delivery or changes made by the carriers- this is not in our control. Once parcel is shipped, Godfather Sounds, is not responsible for errors, losses, mis-delivery or any other occurrences which are attributable to the carrier(s). The address used to ship is pulled electronically from the information you entered at the time you placed the order.
Most orders are shipped using USPS. Rates are based on weight and shipping destination. Tracking number will be included in the email sent when your order is shipped.
In-stock online orders generally ship within two days after an order is received, so if you would like to cancel an order, it must be done within 24 hrs. Contact [email protected] with your order number and a refund will be issued unless product has shipped.
For all international orders:
– If you live in a country which is not set up for shipping in our system, please email Godfather Sounds to inquire about having us set up your location.
– we recommend using International Priority Mail, rather than 1st Class International. Our customers experience much less difficulty with Priority, and it takes about half the time to be delivered.
